you can get a similar instrument called the "Xaphoon".

These are pocket saxophones made of bamboo or plastic. Should be easily available worldwide ;)

There are a lot of bamboo sax in the world.

A lot of things are made in the shape of the saxophone.

However, it is a tone that looks like the clarinet. And, it is not a clear sound.

Therefore, I made bamboo sax like "maui xaphoon" from the bamboo in Japan. It is Hichiriko.

In development, "Tone" was valued more than "Shape".

I want to introduce the smallest bamboo sax in the world next time. that is "Hichiriko (Short-C, palmar size)"

OHH Men that sax sound beutifull !!! Yuo`re so smart, I`m tried to make one similar but still tecnicals problems for the last holes, i gonna be working on it... thanks for share

I had sense of incongruity in xaphoon having nine holes.

Thus I developed eight holes bamboo saxophone which could blow like a recorder.

It is hichiriko.

About the fingering, I improved three times and became the current model.
