  • Is this one of those domesticated foxes I've read about or a fox you've rescued and raised yourself?

  • @ribunny123 Kevie is a fur farm survivor. :o)

  • so cute i want one too

  • i almost want to rescue a fox now XD

  • How Could you dislike this? It's Adorable. Nuff' Said.

  • By the way, how do you get a pet fox? i want one when i move out.

  • That's absolutely adorable. :-)

  • the cute eating noises are killing me!!!

  • I seriously just want to pet their tails, they are soooo fluffyyyy =)

  • poor dog...fox probably gets all the attention.

  • i love her!!! but why is she named kevin???

  • @123CoffeeBeanz She's named after the NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick. She doesn't mind. ;o)

  • ppl are saying stuff about the honey & not sugar thing... i found a catch to that...if they think that a fox CAN'T have sugar, but CAN have a honey product....ermm, 'ello?! honey has sugar IN IT!!!!!!! why else would it be SWEET?!!!!! o_O;; ...just sayin'......

  • @SweetBloodyBlackRose ermm, 'ello?! No it doesn't! Honey is made from the nectar of flowers! It is a NATURAL sweetener whereas sugar has been processed and had it's beneficial properties extracted through processing. Look up Honey vs Sugar on the internet!

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 ... but then again, sugar is made from the Sugar Cane plant or Corn Syrup, a corn product... so rlly, were saying that a fox can have corn or a sweet plant?...........(errrr, this is confussing)-.-'' ............im srry if i had offended you (or Kevie) & i appologise for it posibly being read the wrong way, but i was just counfused of the fact that it sounded like you were saying that Kevie couldn't have sugar cane or corn... :/

  • @SweetBloodyBlackRose But Dear, sugar and corn syrup has been processed so much, it's been stripped of any nutritional value. Whereas honey isn't and therefore it still maintains all of it's healthy properties. Plus processed sugar is known to cause diabetes in canines and it's just plain bad for them. About the same as giving a canine chocolate is bad for them as well.

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 It really depends if the honey is local or not. For various reasons most mass marketed brands use honey that has been stripped of a great deal of its pollen content, and this causes it to lose amino acids, vitamins, minerals and beneficial fats. Though still somewhat better than cane sugar, it's not nearly as beneficial as the unadulterated equivalent. Oh and Kevie is ridiculously adorable.

  • Why do people ask if they can keep a fox? No, this lady is illegally keeping a fox in her home and putting videos of it up on Youtube. Like... what a silly question!

  • I love how it eats, then comes up to you and just stares :)

  • can you actually keep a fox??

  • I LOVE Kevie! Thank you for uploading these videos of Kevie. -grins- I love foxes. But once I have done more research then I will decide whether I want to get one or not. They do have special needs, they are not fully domesticated. Just like Bengal cats and the like.

  • @jennyncummingstexan You have done a lot more research than a lot of folks (who are thinking about getting a fox) already. ;o)

  • Wait... can sugar actually harm a fox? Is that why you have the candy corn made with honey instead of sugar?

  • @DeadlyAngelicDemon Read some of the other comments where folks are getting on me about "feeding candy to a fox". ;o)

  • SOOOOOOO CUTE i wanna get a fox and name it tails :) or james XD

  • I have gobs of candy corn leftover from halloween.

I wish I could send it to you.

    The stuff is gross.

  • I just tried making that noise at my mom and all I got was a funny look. No candy.

  • Is it healthy for a fox to eat candy?

  • @Darthkiller3118 I was thinking that...made with honey prob still isn't good for their teeth...

  • Wow! She acts just like my toy apricot poodle when he wants treats too! He nibbles it from your hand and walks away to eat it, like he doesn't trust me that I'm gonna take his prize ;) Sad thing is Sam is about the same size as Kevie, he thinks hes real macho ;)

  • Can't she hang around in the house freely ?? oO

  • you can have a fox as a pet!?

  • @PurpleHeartNB In some states yes. If you watch other videos, Kevie's owner explains it to people asking the same thing. (:

  • @EasyBakeSmiles thanks

  • He's so.. FLUFFY! :O

  • Aww! She makes the cutest noises!

  • its so cute but please dont feed him candy corn, its bad enough for humans, wgi knows what it can do for a foxes metabolism and teeth

  • @rosansashida

according to the owner; its made with honey, not sugar.

so, not as much risk since its natural

  • Kevie sound like tire burnouts

  • i love your fox

  • MOM. MOM GIVE ME SOME MORE. DB

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2

I've heard foxes can be aggressive, but I've always loved them and wanted one. How is your fox- is he ever aggressive?

  • @MsTiffsickle Check out the "Don't Mess With My Momma!" video. ツ

  • Aw he's cute :)

  • Thats really sweet, I love how she asks for more :D

  • Awww Kevin so cute! I love candy corn*_*

  • trololololo thats what he said >.<

  • OMG that is the cutest bark ever.

  • haha fox goes NOMOMOMOMOM

  • Awww~! :D Kevie's tail is so wonderfully FLUFFEH!

  • @TheYaoiLoverz729 ye i love it *-* <3

  • Youre so lucky :)

  • Your little fox friend Kevie is so adorable! It's too bad I can't legally own a fox where I live.

  • It's cute when she comes up and makes those little barking noises in asking you for some more.

  • She hates my 3 yr old niece, but wont bite her. Its a pain in the ass being drug through bushes by Boxxy to get away from her. As long as she my niece or other kids are around she is an angel.

  • @sum0f1 unless my niece or other children are around, sorry havent been to bed yet.

  • im trying to treat her more or less as my compainion, however; sleep depravation wares on a person.

  • that was her last walk with a 15 foot leash, as you noticed she nor I pulled on it, in the video.

  • can now walk her with out a leash, knows how to lay sit, stay, and shake, Boxxy is awesome.

  • *Not looking at you, walking away* Want some candy? *Suddenly infront of you making cute chirp noise*

  • Oh dear lord. She loves her candy don't she? *snickers* <3 Too cute and definitely has a sweet tooth. ~.^

  • lol she loves her candy ^_^

  • Potty trining is a pain, My boxxy thank god only takes her dumps on the tiled floors, Which is about 95% of the time.

  • @sum0f1 Foxes are generally pretty clean and as with a dog, crate training can be a good thing. Kevie did well with the crate, however Bridgie didn't and would either pee or poop on whatever object she considered to be hers. Which was mostly everything she came into contact with.

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 I understand that this is a Large responsibility, But I was just curious, Were they raised with you, Or did you adopt them from somewhere?

  • @svetlanalupesku Ignorant humans who don't read the profile page before posting troll drivel onto videos...now THAT'S a SHAME!

  • @svetlanalupesku Blocked for being an ignorant troll loser!

  • @svetlanalupesku no thanks we might catch what ever your dad gave you hun

  • @Danirocks121 LOL! ツ Sorry I just now saw this post. Funny!

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 trolls are proof that, even though they can still type on a keyboard, some humans are devolving.

  • @munitionsman4391 HAHAHA I like that! Can I use it sometime? ;o)

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 sure :D

  • Oh kevie you are a temptress

  • I think I am very similar to a fox

  • is it allowed to keep foxes in the US and A?

  • @ChiLLaTzE35 US yes, A im not so sure about XD

joking aside, it depends on the state, some states make you have a permit, some dont, & the rest prohibit it completely

  • awww no fair! you own my favorite animal!!!

  • @flashhasonewing Kevie says that you shouldn't call her momma an animal. :oP

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 XD!!!!

  • He is soooo Adorible and Beautiful!!!

  • i was just wondering how did Kevie react to the dog in the video? friendly or aggressive?

  • @maaaani1 Neither. Although Kevie knew the dog was there, she pretty much ignored her.

  • She does seem to love her candy corn, lol. She is absolutely beautiful and you can tell that she is a well cared for, happy animal.

  • oh my goodness, she's too adorable! i would LOVE to have a domesticated fox of my very own. they are such unique creatures! kevie is so lucky to have you to take care of her and love her like family!

  • Oh my gosh, she's so precious! I love this little fox! <3

  • That fox is adorable!

  • I'd share candy corn with her anytime! It's my favorite!!

  • i so want one.

  • Do all foxes have different Dialect?

  • Did something happen to kevies tail? It seems to me its a lil bit shorter than some of the other red foxex ive seen.

  • @greytimberwolfpup We really don't know what she went through before she came here but we noticed the same thing. It could be a trait from too much breeding?

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 I think i just figured out what might have happend to kevies tail. I rememberd one time my Mom accidently cought the tip of our pet cats tail in the door. A lil fur was lost at the end of the tail, and it did look a bit shorter. Maybe the idiots at the fur farm closed a door a lil too soon.

Also I think the sounds she makes are awsome.

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 You could easily check to see if she's missing part of her tail. Just brush away the fur on her tail tip and see if there's a bald spot. If part of her tail is missing, the skin would have grown over with scar tissue which does not grow fur, so you'll find a bald spot. If she was born that way, you won't find one.

  • @foxbruner Nope no bald spot. Guess she was born that way. :o)

  • i really wish i could have a fox, but idk if i could give it what it needs and take care of it right... do you have any tips for anyone who would possibly want to build a den for a fox in the future? don't get me wrong, i know they aren't pets and can't be tamed but it would be cool to create a bond with one

  • how many foxes do you have? i thought i heard another in the background

  • sooooo cute XD

  • what state do you live in? cuz i sure want a fox X3

  • @rmsprowler hey, it sure beats the life she was previously living before being rescued by SpiritWhiteFox2.. do you honestly think her current life is bad, especially compared to the fur farm she used to live in, being abused and tortured on a daily basis?

  • I had to subscribe after seeing this! ♥ :)

  • @Moshikashitenai Welcome to Bridgie & Kevie's crazy foxy world! ღஐƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒஐღ

  • I love your fox =) Is it legal to own one in Ohio?

  • what a lovely fluffy fox you have!

    <3

  • ? I thought foxes were strictly carnivores? Is honey a meat? 0_o

  • At least SOMEONE likes candy corn :P

  • OMG, SO CUTE! :D

  • @lblmer uhhh yup, guess you forgot to read the little disclaimer in the video?

  • SUCH a pretty girl! And what a nice fluffy tail! Her talking is really cute too. You are so lucky to be able to share your life with her...

  • Cool

yo quiero tener uno pero no se en donde comprarlo =(

  • Yummy I love Candy Corn

  • you have clearance to create a wild animal?how you nutritious your animal?I'm not judging you think it's just a doubt.beatiful animal, congratulations.

  • @doglashimura actually, she does. go to her youtube profile to read more about her foxes instead of just assuming she's not taking care of them properly.

  • It's good that candy corn is made with honey for two reasons: One: It's natural, rather than made with that horrible factory stuff that you see Wonka using, and two: It'll never grow stale.... I think. I dunno, I just love candy corn :D

  • Heheheh! Sweetheart Kevie.

What about the doggie in the corner. He's he gettinghis share of attention?.

  • do you educate in any programs? like bring the fox to schools or anything?

  • @BlinkinFirefly We don't bring the foxes because they would get too stressed out. Instead we take a scrapbook with pictures of the girls and educate folks that way. We do it mainly when we're at craftshows or soapmaking demonstrations so either way if the folks don't buy a bar of soap, at least they're walking away with something and knowledge is power! ;o)

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 hehe, awesome. keep up the great work! =)

  • @diehardorlive1 What the hell's wrong with you? In what way is she a stupid bitch? Seriously, give me 1 reason. You're probably just jealous.

  • OMG i luv foxes I want a pet fox SOOO BAD Ure so lucky to have her XD

  • She's such a lovely fox.

  • Kevie has the most beautiful voice of any fox I've heard.

  • its cute when it talks

  • do wild foxes carry parasites and diseases like racoons?

  • @Jsidhu762 In the wild they can yes. Unfortunately much of the wildlife acquire these parasites and diseases from feral cats and dogs.

  • i love the fox snouts! or muzzles :D

  • does that fox understand you?

I mean he looked right at you when you said candy.

  • @kazemaru0 She not only understands me but she's actually asking for more candy! :o)

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 but is it safe for the fox?

  • @SpiritWhiteFox2 I can practically HEAR her saying 'candy? did someone say candy??"

  • How do you become an animal rehabilitator? I wanna help =(

  • I want a Red fox like Kevie :)

  • She's so adorible!

and is loving that candycorn. :3

    She's awefully fluffy too.

  • My good SpiritWhiteFox2, can you please give me specific details on how you acquired this fox?

I have been doing research on Fennec foxes for about 2 years and plan to get one this spring once I get my apartment and a sandbox for him. I am also interested in purchasing a fox like the one in this video. If you could please link me or explain to me how you acquired this gorgeous creature, it would be much appreciated. I am an animal lover and someone who could give a fox a great life.

  • When Kevie came to us, she arrived in a 5 gallon bucket and was covered in her own fecies, urine, and mud. I couldn't even tell that there was a living being in that bucket until she opened her eyes and moved. Her first, of three, surgeries was to repair her mangled hind legs, as you don't need a functioning pair of legs to produce a gorgeous pelt in some fur farms. If you really wish to interact with a fox and make a difference, look into becoming a wildlife rescue/rehabber.

  • what kinds of food does she like?

  • this fox is simply beautiful.

  • she is ADORABLE! her fur is really nicely trimmed and brushed, or it's just naturally like that. but, she's so spoiled, but adorable~

  • i guess foxes do have a sweet tooth

  • Soooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how did you get hold of that fox

  • @jampox101 Well let's see, I grabbed the leash and pulled her towards me then I just scooped her up. ;o) I think you'll find the answers you're looking for on my profile page. Thanks for stopping by! :o)

  • no i meant how did you get a fox

  • It says in the profile, they are fur farm rescues and she has a special license from the DNR to keep them.

  • oh that makes sense now ty

  • What a beautiful creature. I've always had a fondness for foxes.

  • How would candy made from sugar affect foxes?

  • candy isnt good for foxs or dogs

  • @nightstringers Yep that's true but again this candy corn is made with honey and not sugar.

  • I don't know why but it always bugs me to the core at how that leash is always wound up and not straight. Lol.

    Anyways, Kevie's a beaut. I wish I had a fox that cool. ^^

  • So adorable.

  • She can has my shair of candeh corn!

  • hii quick question, i was looking at your fox and notticed that it's different from the other foxxes on youtube, the other ones are way more skinny and taller, is yours a different breed?(im saying this in a good way since yours is my fav:D)

  • @carrotwolf It could be that she's got her winter coat on so she seems much more full and plush than the others. In other videos she does look much leaner. It could also be an age thing.... Just my guesses!

  • This one may be domesticated. The ears seem kinda flappy and it barks. Look up "SibFox[[dotcom]]

  • No way is Kevie a domesticated. Lots of foxes chatter like Kevie does, even in the wild.

  • Interesting. But since yours isn't domesticated-- does it ever smell? I heard wild foxes have a real musky odor.
