Fenriz and Nocturno Culto are Darkthrone, so it is a 2 man band, yes. On the albums, i believe they play all the instruments (and vocal obviously). For live shows, they probably use guest musicians, im not sure if they have a "regular" live band. I saw a Dissection - Darkthrone - Satyricon concert, and there Satyr stepped in to play the bass.

Not ignorant at all, Norway is a small country :) Yes, most of us are fairly fluent in English, its a mandatory language from 5th grade i believe. Then in the 8th grade we can pick an additional language (traditionally French or German).
