Green:Works well with plants and animals (Attacking and Carrying that is)

Black:Works well in the dark? I dunno Maybe Works Well with enemies/bosses

Cyan:Better Blues;can swim and are 5x better at attacking and carrying

Pink:Are Always Flowers;Fastest, But Weakest

Orange:Better reds;5x better like cyan and blue

I finished it in the same amount of time, actually, in 27 full days, but I lost 300 Pikmin to Emperor Bulblax (which is crap) And I had only 38 Pikmin after i killed him, then got more pellet posies in the impact site, then went back and got the part on day 28. I had 63 surviving Pikmin, 892 died, and 2,550 sprouted. I suck at this, but besides the enemies, I enjoyed this game.

Wow! :-0 I'm amazed. I'd lose... maybe less than 300 Pikmin, but still a ton to him. I lost a SPARTANS worth of Pikmin to Bulblax, though. I guess I suck a bit, considering ChaosLink93's walkthrough and Carl's here. they have at least 200 survivors, if not slightly less or slightly more, but this was my first time playing it. No beginner's luck for me. Oh well. At least in Pikmin 2, there are Purples and Whites, and Purples and Reds are my favorites.

Their is a big differance scince how long it took me to finish the game.

When i first got it for about a month i finished the whole level in 30 day's and now it takes me about 19 days.

technically you dont need the blue parts but if you do get all 30 then theres a different cutscene.

It's an optional item like the Massage Machine and UV Lamp. You can just get it if you want. If you do get all 30 then you get a different cutscene.
