and why the FUCK were these people not warned sooner? what excuse is there for it? its 2011 for fuck sake and we cant have better warning systems in place? don't give me some bullshit "it came out of nowhere" blah blah that's utter bullshit. One minute people are in their homes the next there is 5 feet of water in it, its not fucking right we are not a third world country
@Ninyth there was no warning and when people started to warn our emergency centre they didn't react in time and and thats why all this happend just hope this year everyone is prepared
