well, it was a nifty experiment that I'm glad I couldn't take a part of: holding your money in Berkshire through the recession - smooth move. Lets take a look here: it's down about 9% since March 2007 . . . talk about over-rated.
Pabrai blows and is overrated. All he does is mimic Warren Buffets picks. Its hillarious. Whatever buffet buys, pabrai buys like a couple of months later. Now hes buying wells fargo. I dont know what the obsession with wells fargo is with these guys. All these banks are insolvent.
Good book. Funny how he mentioned that owning Berkshire could be a put option on a market decline just about 10 weeks shy of the start of the collapse of the market.
Oops! Berkshire Hathaway is at $86,250, so I guess there was downside risk after all--at least during the current "short term volatility." I agree that it is a good long-term stock, though.
Uh, this guy is NOT a Buffett-disciple! He's just a fund manager who one a one-time dinner with Buffett. That doesn't make him a disciple...

@tobiasbogner He followed Buffetts principles for 15 years and had dinner with him to discuss investing.....
Disciple definition:
1.
a. One who embraces and assists in spreading the teachings of another.
I would say with him also promoting Buffets teachings through books and the internet that makes him a disciple.

More importantly Pabrai is going to ask Buffet to donate some of his cash into his foundation.

Wells Fargo did not change their loan programs. As a result Wells Fargo does not have even one sub prime loan. Wells Fargo is strong.

I didn't see any "shared secret" in this video. Let me know when this guy or Mr. Buffett explain with great detail their valuation system.
