A large percentage of my friends are homosexual. I think about 65-70%. Not all of them, but moreso than less. And yes, I would expect my church to be closed due to their "Intolerance" if prop 8 didn't pass. And by saying that my church isn't important just shows how people are thinking more for today than they are for tomorrow.

"Why can't I marry my sister? Why can't I marry a little girl? Why can't I marry my dog? We LOVE each other right? You let the gays get married right? Why not us too?" The cycle goes on until my rights are eventually removed. Gays are asking for special rights, and I'd give them civil union, not marriage.

Police do not have the power to shut down churches, especially not for something completely legal like this.
