@smithdvr Fair enough fella each to their own but back in the late 80's we were blessed with pills that were very high mdma content. And I can assure you when you rushed off them, the last thing you wanted was the high tempo hardcore stuff you hear today. And even worse was some fuck'n MC trying to tell you how to 'come on'.

For us the slower tempo gave a deeper rush and it was gooood :-)

@smithdvr it's a shame you don't really know what you're talking about, but to educate you is the idea... this is the original speed. DJ's back then might speed it up a little but most of the early old skool was 120bpm.. jack the groove...

Nowadays I'm happy with 133bpm all night long.
