I love this kind of raw and honest garage rock from the 60s. My hobby is to rediscover all those great bands from that period that didn´t "broke through". And it´s a fantastic musical treasure. Listen for example to THE ZETTLERS and their versions of "Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah". No samples and overdubs just only irresistible f.....g good with a bloody driving beat. And The Golliwogs in "Tell me". Check up the singer ........Yes, it´s him!!!!

I too am a fan of both the Strawberry Alarm Clock and the songs and cast of Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. I first saw it at an old fashioned Drive In. back in Richmond, Kentucky around 69' or 70' (not for sure, there was little weed involved).
