Oh hello! Have you thought about - H Be Gone (erm, check it on google should be there)? Ive heard super things about it and my buddy at last Got rid of hemorrhoids with it.

Depends on the person and the severity of the condition. My clients often experience results immediately after their reflexology session, however, since you are doing it on your own, you may have to do it for 5 minutes 2-3 times in a day to see if this is right for you.

This totally works! It is best though to have someone else do this for you so you can kick back and relax. Lay on you back or stomach and have someone work on these points on both of your feet. One foot at a time for at least 10 minutes. You will actually feel the swelling go down.

My gastro. Dr told me I've got inward hemorrhoids and he is at a loss at how to proceed with further treatment. I've been suffering for over 20yrs. I had hemorrhoid surgery 8yrs. ago the pain continued. I saw a recent scope of my anus and it was dark blue on the most painful side. I've tried creams, foams,ointments, softners

,miralax,aloe vera enemas,witch hazel ,psyllium & a high fiber diet to no avail. The pain is a searing hot constant pain that is ALWAYS present, even If I lay down to try

I have read where people have success with alkaline water. you can look at the Athena or the Kangen water systems. They are a bit pricey, but friends swear by them. Athena: Ionways. Think I have a distributor number for the Athena if you want to get one.

i just had surgery for this and have been in so much pain...google the surgery to see what was done and you came up... i did exactly what you said and i wanted to cry because my oh my it relaxed everything... i am in shock! i always wanted to know what those white bumps were on my heals... i wish i had known this before i gotten the surgery but atleast i can do this to relax the pain

Thanks God I just got rid of my hemorrhoid a couple of days ago. I drank a lot of water and ate a lot of fruits such as oranges and I also avoid spicy food. Most important of all I told my subconscious mind that this problem shall pass soon...

Never heard of reflexology making hemorrhoids disappear, however, most people find that it reduces swelling and relieves flare ups.

i watched this video twice and each time i came by it i said "this is total BS!" or " this is stupid!" then they started to hurt soo bad i was willing to try anything! so i did...skeptically. bottom line it worked not 100% but noticeably.

Witch Hazel gel works very well on piles, but can leave a burning sensation. Menthol petroleum jelly really soothes all the discomfort. If you combine the two you have a wonderful combination that cleans and relieves the pain of piles, reducing their size over time too. The first time you try this it might sting a bit but the menthol soon starts to work, leaving a cool and very comfortable feeling which lasts all day.

While I was up @ 3:30 in the morning with severe pain from one of those nasty little monsters, I can across your video. I'm a sure fire believer in massage therapy so I thought I would give this a shot. I was totally surprised. It really did help. Thanks a lot & my sore bottom thanks you too!!
