I just started using the supplements for about three weeks. I THINK my nails are getting stronger, but I' not totally 100.
The pills are expensive. I bought two bottles because I ahve been told that it takes 3-4 months to start seeing results with the hair. Here's hoping...
Also, I have natural hair that has never been relaxed? What products are good for me from this line?

I am African American and I have been using Phyto hair, skin and nail pills for about two weeks and my nails are awesome! I have always been one of those people who could never grow nails due to breakage. Now I have some. I must say that in only two weeks I do see some new growth to my hair already. I also use a hair mask from Phyto and all of this combined will surely get me a more womanly apperance.
