Another SB dream about to perish...The old CA that many of us know and love is dying...Of course the kids of the McMansion owners will claim "local" status in the lineup. Here's hoping some of the old timers school them!! If you can't win at the Board of Stupervisors or the Coastal Commission, you can certainly lay down the law in the water.
