God i love steve smith. Ever since 2001 when i first watched him when i was five, he was and has been my favorite player. He has more drive, passion, and love for the game than any other player ive seen in the NFL. He makes every play hes involved in fucking intense as hell, i always get chills when watching him play. Steve Smith suffered from the Barry Sanders affect. Barry would of been hands down the best RB ever and shattered every RB record if he had a dominate O-line, no argument. If Smith had Brady, Peyton, or a Rodgers type QB to feed him the ball...he would be unstoppable. Only thing thats not elite about Steve is his height, but he makes up for it with heart.

Sure Routt has gotten burned. All CBs have. A big reason is because teams pick on Routt and use star WR's as decoys for Nnamdi. Still, under the most pressure than any other CB in the league (yes, I said it.) He has prevailed and can be a very solid starter for years to come. He is FAST, and has developed behind Nnamdi. ESPN got a hold of a "falsified report" from PFT that clained the lockout was lifted. Steve Smith suffered from the Barry Sanders affect. Barry would of been hands down the best RB ever and shattered every RB record if he had a dominate O-line, no argument. If Smith had Brady, Peyton, or a Rodgers type QB to feed him the ball...he would be unstoppable. Only thing thats not elite about Steve is his height, but he makes up for it with heart.

Moss is overrated. In his prime all he did was beat defenders deep cause of his speed. They just threw it deep all game long. Smith does it all. Break tackles, do end arounds, beat you deep, out jump you, go across the middle. Show me one Moss highlight better than Smith breaking like 6 Texans tryna tackle him all the way to the endzone. When Moss was in Oakland he didnt do shit for a reason. Smith always had average Jake, went through like 5 diff QB's in 07 and still got over a 1,000 yards

What I love about Steve Smith is that if you don't take him down while he's catching the ball YOU WILL PAY DEARLY. He gets so many YAC with his explosive acceleration and speed, insane balance, and surprising power. Hopefully we have a QB in Moore or Clausen that can really get the ball to him.

If they aren't satisfied or the team is losing, they won't give it 100%.
