Emperor's Mum, like the flower, not his, ha ha queen, or mom. It makes me think of Japanese flower paintings, lovely! Could you set a brush or chop stick across the rim to mark center so you wldnt have to get up, or wld it mar the soft
I'm really enjoying the regularity of your clips. Please keep them coming. I must say it's a bit strange to relate to them being done overnight though when you relate the weather, as it's 30 deg. cel. here (Melb. Aus.) But I guess that adds too the interest too.

i lurned about oxids just about 8 month ago. i love them. like cobalt with a nice wight clay and glaze. or iron with a nice tan matt glaze. and ongobe slip is cool too. do you do any raku ever?
by the way if i havent said it befor. i dig that hat.

Hi Simon,
You use a lot of RIO. What do you mix it with? Water or oil? What about other powdered colors such as cobalt?
