Otis Holeless Hydraulic Glass Elevator @ Valley View Mall Roanoke VA for elevatorsonly

I use a similoar elevator on occasion, a small Otis glass that I assume is hydraulic (makes same noise when running) with only one door and one glass side. Makes the same door beeps, but the keys don't make sounds and the open/close buttons are solid colors.

Nice elevator. What time does this mall close? I was in Roanoke for 4 days in August and filmed a bunch including the Hotel Roanoke and the Tanglewood Mall.

I do like elevators.... but....

Why the F would you have a lift that serves only 2 landings?

Stairs would be easier to maintain, cheaper, more energy efficient and if you mount a drinks store/machine at the top of them you will make record sales to fat people!

hole-less means that the piston is not centered in the pit and in a bored hole for the jack but rather 2 pistons on each side of the elevator or it is a roped hydro, depends no one took video of the hoistway!

yes because it doesnt go under til it is almost down on that side. also, i found by going in the evening, the lighting was not washed out and you could see clearer.
