@TheEvangelistDan Yes May 16-20 is the official NLE 2011. There are 4 different FEMA regions: Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee (one); Illinois and Indiana (two); Arkansas (three); and Missouri (four).

Depending on the region they can participate on different dates in May, I believe Illinois and Indiana were a week earlier.

thats funny u mention the added weight of the water. Here in hawaii in 2006 it rained in the beginning of that year for almost 50 days str8. thats was in feb thru april. On oct. 15 2006 we had a 6.7 magnitude earth quake

FEMA is conducting a drill this week called the national level exercise. The last two times FEMA conducted a "drill" was 9-10-2001 in NY and 7-6-2007 in London.
