Awesome but it now makes me think why didn't the stargate atlantis team tell the pegusus asgard that the milky way asgard at 1 point named a ship after a human that helped save them from replicators? Maybe then they would have rethought about there attempts to destory the stargates and acutually help the atlantis expedition.
@Wowatcher09 I don't think they were even slightly interested in helping them, more like they were interested in helping themselves fix their genetic issue.
@Wowatcher09 I think the real question is why the SGA or SGC did not travel back in time (using a solar flare) and did not save the asgard from the SGC "universe" . SGA could have searched for the pegasus asgards and learn from them how to prevent the genetic degeneration. Teams are traveling in time back and forth every second week, but they wont do anything when the most advance race in the known universe (which is friendly as well) dies out!
Don't you think that Asgard themselves could have done so many times over ? And for reasons which Carter initially opposed to travel back in time to steal ZPM, they probably did it. Finally, they both understood and ultimately accepted final truth - that "All Good Things... Must Come to The End" and it was "time to put end to their trek through the stars".

and most people don't realise how fuckin' advanced the Asgard are, They could class as a minor
