cool. so... my humble servant... are you trying to teach a handstand... or show off that you can do one.. tell us a little bit about it, we've all seen a handstand a hundred times before.

thanks, ive been trying to do a hand stand for a while now, not for yoga, but just to build my upper body strength(you know the handstand pushup, i just could not balance but your video has helped alot). its the best video i have seen so far so keep it up.
