Not bad, but the frequent display of your MOUSE CURSOR and MENU BAR male the video look extremely tacky. I enjoy the concept, but you should probably redo some of the video and be sure to wait several seconds after the death animation to stop the video so your viewers aren't left with something that looks incompetently made.

I'm all for death montages in games and all, but could you have been any more obvious that you were using an emulator? this sort of leads me to believe that this is another one of those "LOL I can make videos from gamez using emulators and windows movie maker." To be honest, you shouldn't use them, but if you must, keep the mouse out of the shot.
