I have that problem! I have a perfectly fine (and very good for that matter) acer laptop, but the graphics wire has come loose (Or so I think) an the screen jitters when I launch second life!
@Tecwhizz They finally fixed mine - it was apparently a video board inside the monitor. I'm also thinking that it didn't hurt that the FedEx guy dropped it off the back of his truck! LOL
