In my Opinion, IF the report published in the Jamaica Gleaner is true about only 30 - 40 of the 4000 ppl living in Tivoli Gardens are registered and are paying for water and light bill then I am not exactly feeling 100% sorry them. I mean the companies are too afraid to go in and disconnect the lines and even if they do the lines are just reconnected right away. Those ppl leave the rest of Jamaica to pay for what they are using, its just inconsiderate. Ppl worked hard for their money.
