Considering how cheap property is there, you'd think that it would be more profitable for HUD to buy up their own properties. That sounds like a nightmare story. I understand why you've washed your hands of it. It sounds like if you can get with MSHDA you got it good, but if they are cutting back 75 percent empty houses for sure. Rent to working people seems to be the ideal.

@Cdogbillionaire I do land contracts and and non section 8 renters. They pay well without the hassle.
