Lol on pulling the trigger on Bambi. I like your Idea on supporting the local farmers. I just want to see you get below 300. I'd be happy just seeing you at 275-285 and stay there. But keep trying man and don't make mistakes like drinking a whole bottle of rum. Try hiking up in the mountains and take that shotgun with you in case you run into a bear.

I just looked at the scale this morning and noticed I lost 15 lbs in a little less than 2 weeks, so that's exciting! Don't let anything stop you from reaching your goal!
I agree with you about buying meats from local farmers. I buy from a butcher shop here in town. Best prices and the meats are fresher! Joe you are gonna start singing "Country Folks Can Survive!!!" haha! You are like my bf, he has a gun for when he hikes but he can't shoot Bambi! lol Good luck with the February goals!

raw milk is a great thing to add in to your diet! and that's a pretty good deal you found. i pay $12 a gallon and initially to sign up was $500.
