I honestly never cared for this one, English or Japanese. It's still good for a laugh now and then, though.

I remember seeing an article in a G-Fan magazine that mentioned a possible remake of this, where Gappa would fight Guilala. That would be pretty epic, but the article is more than 10 years old. It will probably never materialize.

yeah i remember reading that article back when it was only five years old. I had a frickin' fit because it turns out the Keita Amemiya (you know, from ZERAM!) was going to do it. But by then it was too for fits, 'cuz that movie was dededed.

Well, at least Guilala is coming back... still would rather have Amemiya's Gappa X Guilala though.
