JohnK was a great instructor and person. Thus he didn't quite fit in with Hoofers which is run by juvenile, abusive jerks. See this video:

not to insult you but at the last bit when your on a broad reach you want it to be tighter than when your using the luff on a run. using the luff technique is only for a run or close to it.
