In My Opinion I think Pirates Of The Burning Sea is Better then VC, I had a lot Of Fun with the Character Customization.
Though, I want a Pirate MMO that Focuses More Fighting with Guns And Swords Rather then Ship Combat, Or at least have Equal Ship/Avatar Combat Experiences.
