tell me this: what is the difference between modding a pc and modding an xbox, people still get pissed off either way, game creators still frown down on it, and im sure they will ban you either way, pc, or a console. but i dont play pc games so i would not be sure. so that leaves the fact that you dont know what your doing and pc is easier to mod, the you dont know what your doing part isnt a fact, but the pc is easier to mod is 100% true

well on pc not all mods are designed to fuck stuff like gravity and speed up for example promod for cod4. thats a mod thats just designed for people who want a balanced search and destroy. also look at the geck for fallout 3. that lets you make mods and it made by bethesda.

If you actually know something *im not speaking about you im speaking for the whole modding community* you will have gone through programing in collage at max, and at least read a couple of books on how to write/read C# and or C++ and maybe Java but idk if that is needed. in doing so, you will have the same capabilities for modding a game on a console as you do for the pc. My friend actually has his xbox run off his pc, giving him the free will to

Unlike the majority of modders who sit there, look up tuts, they might learn something, and do as instructed. nothing outside the limits of instruction, i mean if you watch 1 youtube video on how to make you fly such as in cod4, and another one on how to make you walk fast, that doesn't count as going out of the instruction because you are still being instructed on how to do that by the internet or some other source.
