cool video. i found power dvd 11 too laggy and slow. plays great picture but has issues with newer blu-ray disc. dont know why. arc soft total theatre media 5 has great picture compared but the quality is a bit skippy kinda lags a bit. corel is quicker and loads faster. picture and sound are both great. stil dont know which to get as corel is ridiculously priced for less features than the other two...
@missingremotetv Do you know how to make the 3D better? I have 3D set to as much as high as I can set it but I don't really see anything coming out of the screen. Running PowerDVD 11 Ultra on a 120Hz monitor using Nvidia 3D Vision
can i watch movies in 3d on my laptop which has a LED display? What kind of glasses will i need? can i use this software for a the big screen? and will the glasses work then or will i need a different one?
@lordofwarlotr Sure, you can view 3D on any traditional screen including your laptop or television, but it will be anaglyph which are the red/cyan glasses. This 3D experience is not as good or convincing as the stereoscopic 3D technology found in modern televisions, movie theaters and computer monitors.
yes u can watch in laptop but u have to make 3d glasses with 2 colors that is RED /CYAN like blue in transperent sheet and colored and watch red is on left eye and right blue
@missingremotetv First of all!You are god that reply so sonn ^^ ! I was watching a movie on my Power dvd 11 i bought today [Thor 1080p ] and i was wandering if i click the 3D button and buy the blue/red glasses would i be able to watch this movie Thor in 3D? WITHOUT 3d TV? O_O
@MrChrisZig You can configure PDVD11 to output 3D content as Anaglyph (red/cyan) for use on traditional 2D displays. This should work with any 3D Blu-ray content such as Thor Blu-ray.
@missingremotetv thanks for the video.i have a samsung syncmaster p2770hd 50000:1 .is it possible to convert a simple movie into 3d on my screen?what kind of glasses do i need?
will Cyberlink add an option of blue-amber anaglyph output for use with color videos and 2D monitors? - there seems to be too much green with red-cyan
@KINGhotaru11 When the 3D Blu-ray is played back, PowerDVD 11 can play it back in 3D in several different formats depending on the display type. In the video, when you see the video showing double images, each of those images are synchronized to the active shutter glasses. Each eye receives one of the images and our brains detect it as 3D. If you have watched a 3D movie at the theater, it is fairly similar technology and effect.

@SuperGamerXP Yes. CyberLink PowerDVD will work with DVDs and Blu-ray discs that are not 3D.

@MrChrisZig The glasses used to view 3D in this review are stereoscopic 3D glasses that are specific to Panasonic 3D displays.
