Have found this car to be of poor quality components and is forever in the repair shop spend the money on the proper one.

i have this baja and its great apart from the shell which has shatterd, so i bought a nice proline shell

I have just got mine, could not get it to run very well with the extension pipe on, but as soon as i took it off, wow fast :-)

Looks nice enough. And at 1/3 rd of the price of the HPI it sounds like a sweet deal

Dear friend, do you think is smart to buy the Shengqi Baja or to give more and buy the HPI product?

i have the SQ baja and it works a dream, so far for me. The engine is very powerful and is smooth running and stable how ever there is a floor in the design. The side of the buggy has a Air vent for the fan but if you run it on grass, grass collects in it and then block the air vents so ive had to make a meshing to go over it, but it's still worth the money (but the shell is very fragile)
