WOW... excellent performance - full of energy!! I was at Baylor in Feb. for the Organ Conference. Is it my imagination, or have the accustics in Roxy Grove been improved?
Thanks! Yes, Roxy was completely redone recently and the acoustics are much improved which is why I decided to do my final recital in there. This organ has the power needed for this piece.
Why playing de pedals so fast/ If you play something slower than you can hear the notes one for one. I hope your play music not to join a game to plat as fast as you can....
But thats my opinion. I cant play by myself. so its realy e great job!
No, there is no game...most people play that passage that fast. Liszt was a virtuosic composer and performer--hence the tempos. It's hard to hear in this recording because of my camera, but in the room the pedaling is quite clear.
wow - well done - exciting!

Hello, one hour ago I was first exposed live to this extraordinary piece of music. A stungrenade...
.
Thanks to youtube I can compare versions and what I know of Lizt he certainly would have thrown it into the audience the way you do Brad!
The version I heard was on an English organ (less pronounced) and tempi where different and so it turned out totally differently
I thought it was some other composer called Lizt during the middle part.....
thanks for posting
