What about fatty fish? Would eating sardines, herring, cod,etc. give you enough Vitamin D or do you not recommend it because the oceans are overfished or the fish are too contaminated?

From my knowledge is the fish oil is OMEGA-3 not Vitamin D. But OMEGA-3 is also GREAT! for you immune system also...

45 degree sun cone, is when the body will manufacture Vitamin D.
IU=international units.
