@dinosaurzez no that's not really what I meant but this is: 01:59 (I thought that this is the first person view at the consoles but I saw in other videos that the consoles version had the same looking first person view as the pc)if this is not the first person view than what is this and how can I do this?

@Lmix211 on pc the default is first person but you can change it to third person in the options, which is most people's preferred view for this game :)
