well, i have been to the airside offices where this video was made (my company collaborated with them on some work), and the majority of them in their design back-room use macs, although a couple of the designers do use pcs. it doesnt matter which you use, all of the industry standard programs are IDENTICAL on both, apart from little things like using apple key instead of ctrl.

of course windows can't run imove and iphoto, becuase theve been specificly designed for macs, so what point are you trying to make. likewise i dont think you can get any windows specific programmes to run on apple's, like windows movie maker, or windows media library.

Uh, actually I can run every windows program ever on my Mac. I boot into windows on it to run Alias, Solidworks, and Hypershot all the time. I also run Half Life 2, Team Fortress, and a few other games via bootcamp. Then when I'm done I go back to OSX for everything else. So... yeah. Sorry. You're wrong. I run both on the same machine, which is great. :)
