@chuckymcsturpenstine Phish is a Jam Band. Their thing is improvisation. They vary their shows with covers and originals and just try to do an original fun show for everyone. They take risks and explore a lot. They can play the same song very differently, so you'll need to listen to a lot of Phish before you can really start appreciating them.
