Zeus is no longer alive. He had a bone cancer, Osteosarcoma. His body was swollen because of the bone cancer. Zeus was put to sleep on October 8, 2010...he is no longer suffering with his bone cancer.

They will grow till 3 Years (Including filling process)

Beautiful pups ya got there. They about 150 to 160 lbs? Just had to send my rotty to the Rainbow Bridge. Looking for another. Which I may rescue from a shelter. And might get 2..

Thanks. Yes, they weigh around 150 pounds. That's nice of you to rescue and adopt a new rottie. I know from experience that it is alot of work to care for 2 rottweilers at the same time. Sorry to about your rottie passing. They sure a great dogs.

Thank you! Yes, it's been alot of work. It's more work when I have to keep them separated because they fight. They have grown up to be some great dogs. It took them around 3 years to grow up though. I have some recent videos and will post to you tube later.

yes, my males have fought eachother. My one male is neutered but they still fight. I have to keep them separated which is not fun for me or the dogs. I made the mistake of getting 2 rotts from the same litter. I do not recommend 2 rott pups at the same time because it is alot of work, I know from experience.

We have two Rotties, Zeus and Dia. I am so disgusted with society trying to label this breed in any other manner than perfect. Because of all the bad owners, these poor animals have a false stigma. They are the most awesome dogs I have ever been blessed to own, and I will never even consider any other breed. We all need to pity the ignorant people who are so misled.

just kibbles n' bits, made by delmonte foods. i don't trust other dog foods because of the recalls in the past. they have slimed down since this video. they drink lots of water too. also, they get alot of exercise in my big yard.

Such a pity that my brother is allergic and I still live at a seperate part of the house. So I can't have a rottie until I move out. I have a 14month old rottie and its funny i could not think of a name for him but i always liked the name Loki and i believe thats the norse god of mischief, hope i spelled that right. Loki is a great dog with a good temperment and very easy to train.

Rottilove Rescue in Austin, TX is raising funds for our daily operations, paying medical bills & hopefully expanding our services (ex: being able to take in more dogs @ a time). As an example, the cost of saving 4 orphaned 10 day old pups from being euthanized & getting them to adoption age is astounding, yet we are very willing to do it if we can maintain support from the public. Brown rice, ground beef or hot dogs, green beans, carrots and I supplement with Pet Tabs so they will get their extra vitamins and minerals. It is recommended to supplement with pet vitamins and minerals.

Thank you. Well, shortly after that was filmed Zeus weighed 158 pounds and Apollo weighed about 125 pounds. Since I have been cooking for them, they have slimed down, their coats are shinier, their skin feels better, their eyes are more clear and they just act better and more healthy. I guess Zeus is about 150 pounds now and Apollo is probably around 130 pounds now. They are currently 2 years and 3 months old and still act like puppies.

A Rottweiler is a Rottweiler regardless of being American or German. My boys were born in the USA but their bloodlines are American, German and Yugoslavian.

Generally Rotts take about 3 years to mature weight and muscle wise but some rare occasions they get big very early on in age.

I had a guy come to me crying because his Rott. was pretty tall (actually taller than most Rotts. about 29")but very lanky.I told him he was still a pup and he had a long way to go.The guy didn't believe me even after knowing I have 3 of my own and sold it to me for next to nothing with pedigree.This dog went on to weigh 150 lbs.

I have rescued possibly a 100 dogs in my life. My rescued Rottie was one of the very dogs I ever had. I have yet only to meet one Rottweiler that was not a loving and well-adjusted animal and that was because the owner neither trained him or got him fixed. They are great animals and wonderful friends. Unforgettable companions.

Beautiful boys!!! I own two myself.H is nine now and i rescued a bitch from Rottweiler Welfare last year.BARF diets are great for condition and are great for teeth. As natural as possible with the diet, saves on nasty vet bills for tarter build up too. Less waste because it's not prossessed meat. Type BARF into Google and look it up!Bones and Raw Food.(not cooked though)

Those dogs are not fat at all. That looks like muscle to me. German bred dogs are usualy blocky and muscular. If it wasnt said they were from american lines you could not tell.

Thank you. My boys have good breeding with Amer/International Champions. Zeus does have a huge head, as big as a basketball. Yep, we must educate people about rotts. They are so loving, affectionate, loyal, gentle and protective.

Thank you. It's nice to know that you also have a rottweiler. Great dogs, aren't they? I guess genetics caused my boys to get big. Their Sire weighed about 125 pounds and the Dam was just as big. They are the standard AKC size.

yeah they are, avg rott lives 9.8 years my Shayna just turned 10, she is a bit overweight about 100 lbs (female) since she acl'd her drivers side rear leg.
