Please understand that she doesn't always say what brand she's using because she wants viewers to focus more on the colors that she's using instead of who they're by. By saying "a bright orange" or "a muted tan" she's encouraging people to go into their own make-up and use the colors they already have, instead of feeling obligated to go purchase the brands in order to do the looks.
