  • Your GMR videos are my favorite downhill videos. still trying to get tips on your video.. someday ill go fast..

  • Sick!!! I usually just go from the ridge, but i think i will try from the bonus when it stops raining. How fast were you guys hitting?

  • I'd do street luge down this hill, but I wouldn't stand up.I'm only twelve, and I've been longboarding for three months :/ Looks like fun though :D

  • What's the deal with mongo pushing!? I mean wtf i push mongo because im left footed and i feel comfortable that way!

  • I almost ran one you guys over on GMR took a turn and out of nowhere they he was.Lucky him I dont drive like a moron there.Looks like fun but remember to take those turns within your lines he didnt. Be safe fellas and have fun.

  • lol....daaaammnnn..you guys are nuts. All it takes is one little rock to fly like Superman at those speeds. Goodshit.

  • @B18bee naah those nice big wheels roll right over them, i've hit pretty nice sized rocks going slower than this and it didnt do much

  • edit your videos please!

some music would be real nice instead of the sound of wind against mic.

great riding, keep it safe! :D

  • don't push mongo.

  • @ceejaayxx Just cause you push mongo does't mean anything at all.

  • @freeskier36 idk, to me it's just plain ugly. most professional skaters that used to push mongo corrected it and it's also very unstable says many ex mongo pushers i used to skate with. but idk. maybe for cruise/longboarding it's not a problem?

  • @ceejaayxx Well for dh, When I'm pushing I just slip my front foot on the board and BAMM im in my tuck. Around town, I can push either way...and ride switch aswell. Its not hard. Its just i've always pushed mongo...i can push regular it just dos't feel right.

  • @ceejaayxx Ugly? go paint your nails, this is longboarding, not a beauty contest!

  • @ceejaayxx Why, should he?? Im become so tired with the whole regular / mongo. I push mongo, and for longboarding in particular, why the fuck does it matter.? Even in this video can't you see why it doesn't matter, once their foot is on the board you cant even tell which foot they kick with, so stop with the mongo bashing there is no scientific or practical reason against it. And for the sake of intelligence, stop writing crass unsubstantiated statements like 'don't push mongo'

  • Damn! My boyfriend use to always run his car up their, and I'd always use to think if you could skate it down... and damn I want to soo bad on my sector 9 D: I just have no one to do it with! takeee mee :]

  • WOW that was incredible. I'm kind of new to DH so I had a few questions... this is the FIRST DH vid i have ever seen that includes the start and finish of a run!!! Glad I watched, thanks for putting this up.

About how fast do you think you guys are going? how do you handle blind corners and oncoming cars? What do you need to do if you ever have to stop instantaneously when you're going really fast, how do you do it? I plan to get a hellcat and I have bear grizzly 1052 trucks

  • @mattattack28 Stopping=Sliding.

  • Thats really cool i have heard alot about this road.. rad video!

  • siiiiiiick!

  • looks like fun i go there every saturday but on a motorcycle i just want 2 say to wach for the bikes we dont want any 1 kill

  • Any plans to edit/upload the rest of the GMR footage? With all the rain this weekend, that might be the closest to skating you'll get!

  • waaaa..thanx john...another great video!!

  • I love these videos.

You probably get this question a lot but what kind of board setup are you guys using? Your trucks must be ridiculously tight and I've never seen those boards before.

  • You know, I checked your website. Sorry, I'm still learning about a sport that's not huge in my town :[

  • Most of us are using Rogers-Bros decks. Our trucks are not tight at all... they are specially designed for downhill, and are very different than a "standard" skate truck.

  • That makes sense. "Use the right tool for the job" and all.

Looks like an amazing ride. Thanks for the great vids :D
