no, thats why i hate it, u can only have 6/7 stories. there is no GM mode. the only good thing about it really is online. career mode u can choose whoever but all you do is play a bunch of matches. if you want a game where u can do all of this but still choose n do most whatever u want get svr08 i think its much better.

it depends what system you have. i have wii and i bought 2008 and was EXTREMELY disapointed! i bought 2009 and it was like the fucking second coming! but if you had 2008 for 360 or ps2, then you would probably be disapointed with 2009 because you've already done most of the stuff.

I really love this game! but with the add of a few legends and a real career mode it doesn't matter if it was svr08's 24/7, it would get an absolute 8.5 to 9!

Ive had 1 whole month doing career mode and still cannot get my caw to a 100 overall! getting durability(which makes u resist)is the hardest thing EVER!

well i have to agree to disagree i think smackdown here comes the pain was way better because u play more wrestlers but don't get me wrong 09 is good even though they didn't add any lengends like the rock or stone cold but in my mind this game gets a 8 out of 10.

out of the svr series 2006 i thought it was a major step up from the 1st and then 07 got rid of the fun element and had less features then 08 made gameplay even more dull than 07
