  • Under the bill that was passed, the uninsured will have EXACTLY the same insurance that the members of Congress have. It's called FEHBP. The way the Heath Care Bill was set up is NOT unconstitutional. If you read Article VI, Clause 2, Supremacy Clause. You will know why they named it Supremacy. You might want to read Article 1, Section 8, Clause 18 also. You Baggers are funny when I hear oh my constitutional rights have been invaded blah blah blah.

  • My Senator is not going anywhere, and he will be re-elected. Especially some of the dirt we have on the Republican candidates here. Most of the people that went were from out of town. If you read my other comments here, you will why as well. I've alone have been spreading this knowledge here in Vegas, and some did not even know these facts about the Constitution or what he's bought to Nevada. A couple said the switched from Republican to Democrat. My voice is always convincing. I love it.

  • The only problem I have with these Tea Party events - since the summer of 09' that is (they've been going on since 07') is the simple fact Republicans are now involved. No politician should be speaking or headlining these events. They can show up and speak just as the citizens do...but to use them as headliners is a total disgrace.     Again, our system is, indeed, solid. Certainly specific failings have occurred, but the likelihood of massive ballot box fraud in the USA is infinitesimal. A paper trail system is a guarantee of fair elections.

    I think the problem is that you don't like the fact that that people that disagree with you are elected to office. That, I believe, is where you are coming from.

    Is this not silly? Democratic and Republican precinct captains at each polling place preside. A Sec. of State does not "count ballots". Without spending time on this, i would guess that there are checks and balances in place. Do you think that there are not?

As far as americans who are so called into the Constitution, and thinks the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) is unconstitutional, it's not. People need to read Article VI, Clause 2 The Supremacy Clause, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 The Commerce Clause especially. Due to the 1929 Market Crash, this was enacted to combat economic debacles. I, like millions, agree.
