History lesson: 1999, when Punk was starting out in Lunatic Wrestling Federation down in Lemont, IL; he was a member of a tag team called The Obnoxious Frat Boys. It was him, and CM Venom. They were the Chick Magnets.

However, due to a massive falling out between him and the rest of the LWF, he tries his damndest to distance himself from the Chick Magnet monicker. Hence the going around saying it's Chicago Made or Cookie Monster or C. Montgomery, or whatever else.
