Acually the zr1 doesnt rap the GT. both 0-60 in 3.3 and the zr1 is 11.1 in the quarter and the Gt is 11.2. And the GT has a better top speed 214. If you don't think thats good enough the gtx1 would beat it even worse. No knowledge what so ever...

When considering 0-60, the Corvette should only be behind by a tenth or two and should be able to catch up by the very end of 2nd shifting into 3rd, as far as top end the GT will do I believe 210+ and the Vette will do 200 on the dot (into the wind, flat/down hill road) As far as putting this Vette against a TT GT is retarded, if that is the case than put a lingenfelter version of the Vette with 800+ horses to the wheels and then we will see who gets rapped!!!

There is another video of a stock-near stock GT and Z06 racing and they are neck and neck up unto 140mph, than the Z06 starts to brake ahead the rest of the way, although the GT didnt have the space it needed to get to 200mph+ in order to catvh up and take the lead. One thing is certain, consedering performance numbers, track specs, and everyday drivability, they are both neck and neck, the true factor is the cost, so take the extra 70K dollars and invest it in the Vette, than talk crap.
