Would prefer a little more 'bite' in the voice singing this aria, but he does sing it phenomenally. Bring on Larmore or a beefy mezzo any day.  Pity Ariodante is too high for him...or is it?

I truely love Philippe Jaroussky and the music he makes with the ensemble!!!!

But he is not a Pollineso.

I think this role needs a darker voice, to penetrate through this music!!!!

He does a verry good job, in concert.

Jana, this is BEAUTIFUL, one more wonderful video to add.Although the role of Polinesso is a bit evil, his coloratura and arias are spectacular and I hope he sings Ariodante one day soon
