  • Almost everything in this vid is part of the movie:

Kung fu: body, mind and soul (translated from my language)

  • That was awesome as Hell....

  • What's this song called?

  • Dont mess with them

  • crazy!

  • ummm

  • at 51 are they doing p90x ? lol jk

  • This makes me SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • YES!!!!

  • this is amazinggg.!!!!

  • 2:50 it's absolutely incredible how a monk can perform BaGuaZhang on the edge of a... well, oversized bowl. He he, I absolutely suck at the Eight Patterns style compared to them. Even so, judging by what little I've seen in this video, the Shaolin variant of BaGua is not quite as soft as the Wudang one.... well, Wudangquan always was extremely soft.

  • Amazing footage from the real legit monks of shaolin!!!

  • Nan er dang zi qiang. 'Nuff said.

  • nice video

  • THIS is genuine shaolin kung fu and monks, not like the new monks that are rushed through training to perform these days...BTW I saw my SHIFU SHI XING YING there!!! he was 1 of the 3 original monks that was asked to stay in the USA to teach shaolin =)...and was a member of the first shaolin team that toured the world

  • I remember this, it is such a freakin awesome documentary!!! And it was done back in the 70's? i think when the communist state hadn't yet banned most beliefs in shaolin.

  • 0:20 holy SHIZLE

  • Words can NOT describe this!

  • now if only China would train all of their soldiers like this....... DAMN!

  • Dame i know some of those training hurt like heck, hardcore monk's makes me feel more wanting to learn kung-fu and go visit shaolin =)

  • 2:41 = epic lol

  • yeah great video du

  • much respect to these warriors and men of peace

  • I love the shaolin style,training etc.

  • amazing how they do this all oO

  • They are 2 types of practitioners, one which does it for sport and healthy living. The second one does it for a lifetime which becomes a part of him.

The second one is obviously more deadlier, but he may never see a fight for the rest of his life because a bhuddist monk is peaceful and only use it for self defense

  • nice video, these videos are the ones that inspire me :)
