As for the drawings, honestly it looks a lot like everything I see from all the up and coming "artists" at my school, like you're trying to branch off of the Nightmare Before Christmas's style. Draw what you like, but still, originality never hurts. Don't just settle on that "dark" or "gothic" style, expand your horizons a bit. Try new subject matters.
