Like men, governments change; were that not the case, Germany would always been placing dictators in power. The possibility always exist that the Iraq situation may turn out to be positive in light of men altering their world view.

This interview is interesting in that Perle approaches the Iraqi situation with a reasonably open mind. He is NOT saying that the war is a good thing but that good may come of it, given men learning from past errors.

This reasoning approach and somewhat unexpected.
