its because the axle is wood so it has more slack on the string so the axel must be metal or it will come back up

see if your yo-yo can sleep first make your yo-yo dead. then try to spin it with your hands if it spins, but it climbs up your yo-yo. That simply means your yo-yo wont sleep no matter what.
