  • It is sad that she was brought here illegally and she has no one to blame but her mother!!! No Dream Act ...No Amnesty!! Illegal is Illegal!!

  • There shold be no path to citizenship 4 anyone entering the U.S. illegally. R policy granting citizenship to Anyone Born Here of illegal parents needs to be reexamined. Its outmoded & provides incentive to enter the U.S. illegally.

Election Day results sent a message Americans R -Fed Up with Mexicans. More than 60 Democratic House & four Dem senators, most pro-amnesty, were defeated. Those who kept their seats should be nervous about bucking the trend toward enforcement.

  • the incas used to cut the heads off of people. oh wait... they're still doing it in Acapulco, juarez, tijuana, and mexico city!

let's leave that kind of activity in mexico! heh, heh.

  • 3/3 C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders, enforcement our laws, but we’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act. We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)

  • 2/3 In November 2010, 15.1 million were unemployed (9.8%). 154 million are able to work in workforce (15.1 million/9.8%). GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, There are 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}.

  • 1/3 Immigrationcounters com 97% illegal immigrants are from Mexico. Illegalimmigrationstatistics org $1117 - The average amount you and your family paid in taxes this year to support illegals. 51% - The percentage of Mexican immigrant households that use at least one major welfare program. 28% use more than one.

  • And how many Mexican immigrants really are like this? .0001%? She's really the only one. Some Mexicans who have lived in America as long as I have don't even speak English.

  • IF THESE WONDERFUL STUDENTS HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER

WHY ARENT THEY GOING BACK TO THEIR OWN COUNTRIES

AND BUILDING THEM UP? WHY IS THE ONLY OPTION TO

    SPONGE OFF THE US TAXPAYER?

FVCK THIS.....1 in 7 AMERICANS LIVES IN POVERTY..AND NOW

WE ARE BEING FORCE TO PAY FOR THE REST OF THE WORLDS FAILURES

    GET OUT

    NO MORE!!!

  • @ehunter2 Suppose that in fact your taxes pay for the undocummented people. How are these people being helped? As far as I know. No one gives them anything unless they work or study to get scholarships, etc. What is your basis for this concern? ~PhD Physics Student

  • @Futura2011

The USA currently is being destroyed by legal and lllegal immigration.

We pay for tuition, we pay for hospitals, we pay for jails, we pay for crimes

    we pay for more crimes.

WHERE DO YOU THINK THIS MONEY IS COMING FROM? FROM WHITE PEOPLE WHO AR PAYING FOR THEIR OWN SUICIDE?

PH.D PHYSICS??? YOU SOUND LIKE YOU DROPPED OUT OF 6th grade.

  • @ehunter2 Soooooooooooo............... your worried about the money YOU are spening as a "tax payer"? :/ What do you think these kids benefiting from the Dream Act will become? LEGAL of course.... as Citizens or Residents.... they will also become TAX PAYERS. Stop ur Whining!

  • @mrbrowneyez9o3

You dont get it. I DONT WANT TO GIVE MY COUNTRY AWAY.

I DONT WANT THE USA TO LOOK LIKE ANOTHER LATIN AMERICAN

SHITHOLE. THERE ARE 23 LATIN AMERICAN SHITHOLES. ALL THE SAME.

WHERE EVER LATINOS GO..THERE GOES THERE CULTURE..AND THEIR

CULTURE IS GARBAGE. LOOK AT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO LA FOR EXAMPLE

WHITE PEOPLE ARE ONLY 7% OF THE WORLDS POPULATION. LEAVE US

THE FVCK ALONE...WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH .

  • @ehunter2 Well Bush and other politicians haven't. This bill with much pressure will pass. Look at how many Republicans are and will back up the bill. Immigration won't stop. United States is getting destroyed by it's own people. How can you blame these kids when not even Americans aren't getting involved in the fight against the invasion. Some Americans don't even know what is going on in their own country? Most didn't even know that this bill was about to pass this week.

  • @Smileyyy21

Pick yourself up. Have some pride. . If you are

a White European Christian you have inherited the greatest culture

in World History. The same people that created nearly everything.

We have won in the face of overwhelming odds

over and over. . And now you are going to shrug your shoulders

and give up the achievement of 10 generations of Americans..because of Bush or Obama? You are going to give away the USA to

every piece of third world shit that can play the "Vicitim" game?

  • @Smileyyy21 The USA taxpayers CANNOT afford it. The loan payments will put us into debt. Some "undocumented" (perhaps many!) students won't graduate or will default on the loans, too! Bad idea!

  • @ehunter2 ^_^ Well its not up to YOU. So I am sorry to say... but you are fucked. :)

  • @mrbrowneyez9o3

  • This is a grossly misleading report. CNN parades these academic stand outs in front of the cameras and implies/suggests that this is who the DREAM Act is for. The reality is that the vast maj. of beneficiaries of this legislation would be academic mediocrities. The standards to qualify are very low ... even a GED. Let's start dealing in reality. The DREAM Act is a partial amnesty and amnesties, as we've learned from '86, don't stop illegal immigration.

  • What?! Girl, just become a citizen, don't whine. Sucks she probably can't do the out of state thing because I doubt she's a citizen of Mexico.

  • We need to stop the dream act, before it turns into a nightmare act for our country. If you feel strongly about this proposed law. Get off your butt and write to you congress men and tell them you do not support this nightmare act. Americans should come first and should be our first priority.

    USA TEA PARTY

  • I say go back to your native country and work from there or go to another forgien country as a student. It is not the problem of this country. The DREAM ACT is off the table. There are people waiting in line to come into this country who are bright also. It wld push them back. Ppl on the right and left are aganist this law. It is a form of amnesty. Parents are responsible for their children.

  • @nowisthetime1010 THANK YOU! SEND THEM BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY!

  • 6.) Lastly, IMPEACH and PROSECUTE President Obama, and all TRAITORS in Congress trying to give amnesty, "free" college, etc. to FOREIGN NATIONALS HERE ILLEGALLY. For they are not exempt from federal law which says it's a felony CRIME, punishable by 5 years prison and $5,000 fine, to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens.

  • 5.) Establish a hot-line to report any university or other school harboring illegal aliens, either as students or as employees.

Dream Act HELL! Prosecute those schools, fining them $10,000 EACH illegal plus deport costs.

  • 3.) Establish a hot-line paying $500 each tip for an illegal alien obtaining welfare, food stamps, or any other federal or state services.

4.) Establish a hot-line to report any non-profit agency giving aid to illegal aliens. It is a federal felony CRIME to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens.

  • 2.) Establish a hot-line paying $500 rewards 2 anyone who blows the whistle on employers of illegal aliens, & fine the employers $10,000 EACH illegal plus deport costs. That way taxpayers not only won't have to foot the bill 4 deport costs, but BOTH the employers & the illegal aliens will have 2 pay it, so that we get back DOUBLE what it costs us 2 deport them. Crackdown on a few employers like that, and you'll see mass lay-offs of illegals around the country being replaced by our own people.

  • 1.) Pay $5,000 bouniesy 4 each illegal alien brought to I.C.E. Our citizens can become employed by the job of getting rid of illegals. Then FINE each illegal $10,000 plus deport costs, leaving the government a net profit of $5,000, without making taxpayers foot the bill 4 deport. Then FORCE-work the illegals [on chain gangs, road crews, etc.] to pay off the fines before deporting. Judges have sentenced our own citizens guilty of crimes to work off fines, so illegals certainly aren't exempt..

  • @mexi323, I have a plan to GET RID OF THE ILLEGALS at NO cost to taxpayers, while creating jobs for Americans. I'll post it in separate parts following this, because youtube allows posts of no more than 500 characters.

  • I know an illegal making $2,000 a week at an auto upholstery shop. He's part of a phantom work-force to supplement those they employ legally. They pay him HALF of what they charge. So that if a customer is charged $1500 to re-upholster car seats, Ruben gets $750. And Ruben can knock it out in 3 hours. So he gets $250 per hour. Or well over 100K yearly. Not bad, right? Plus he lives with a girlfriend collecting welfare and food stamps. And sends 90% of his pay home to Mexico.

  • P.S. Ruben's brother Raul also works at that shop. And both of them go around to taxpayer-funded "food & clothing closets" intended for our own needy people. Illegals like them are sucking the lifeblood out of our economy. Plus many illegals own their own businesses, employing other illegals. Construction, landscaping, home improvement, auto repair, janitorial, roofing, paving, etc. And legal businesses can't compete with them.

  • So how do you like my six-part plan to get rid of the illegals [at no cost to taxpayers], mexi323? I think it's a good idea to start thinking about reforming your own country, instead of trying to tell us how to run ours, like your arrogant president, Calderone, tried doing last week.

But Congressman Tom McClintock of California set Senor Calderone straight about his screwball notions.

When you get a chance, take a look at the youtube vids on McClintock. That's where we are headed now in the US

  • @tncdel First of all I'm American not Mexican. When someone asks about my nationality I tell them that I'm American not Mexican. The US is my country. Calderon doesn't speak for me. All I see in your plan are a bunch of human rights abuses. All those fines and bounties would also cost the US ECONOMY to fall. Those fines would cost schools and business to close because they won't have any money left. And you still want to overthrow the government????

  • @mexi323, you see what you want to see, not what is. The $500 tips rewards, for example, would be more than off-set by the SAVINGS from getting an illegal off welfare, food stamps, etc. And the $500 tips rewards for reporting employers of illegals would be more than off-set by the fines paid by the employers.

P.S. I have done civil rights law paralegal work for decades. Not a single part of my plan violates any right. Illegals have FEWER, not more rights, than U.S. citizens.

  • The upshot of my plan, if implemented, would be that the illegals, once they see what's going on, would voluntarily go back to Mexico, etc. Because low wages in Mexico is still better than NO wages paying off fines.

And of course it would take long for employers of illegals to get the message when they see other employers fined $10,000 EACH illegal plus deport costs. A few hundred employers getting busted should be enough to make the rest see the light and hire our own people.

  • @tncdel I still think you're plan is ridiculous and inhumane. That would never happen. I give up with you.

  • @mexi323 , what's "inhumane" about it? Even sentencing our own citizens guilty of crimes to work on chain gangs and road crews has been upheld as constitutional. Are you saying it's "unconstitutional" to subject illegals to the same law our citizens face? Or are you saying it's "inhumane" to pay bounties on criminals, or to pay for tips leading to arrests? Sorry, not a single aspect of my plan conflicts with the Constitution. And the immigration laws of Mexico make ours seem much too soft.

  • My plan to GET RID OF THE ILLEGALS, while creating jobs for our own people:

1.) Put a bounty out of $5,000 each illegal alien brought to I.C.E. Our citizens can become employed by the job of getting rid of illegals. Then FINE each illegal $10,000 plus deport costs, leaving the government a net profit of $5,000, without making taxpayers foot the bill for deportation. Then FORCE-work the illegals [on chain gangs, road crews, etc.] to pay off the fines before deporting . [continued next post]

  • Judges have already sentenced our own citizens guilty of crimes to work off fines, therefore, no cries by the pro-illegals lobbyists would stand up by pretending it would be "unconstitutional." For illegals certainly are not entitled to be exempt from punishment our own citizens are subjected to.

  • 2.) Establish a hot-line paying $500 reward 2 anyone who blows the whistle on employers of illegal aliens, & fine the employers $10,000 EACH illegal found working 4 them plus deport costs. That way BOTH the employers and the illegal aliens will have to pay it, not taxpayers, so that we get back DOUBLE what it costs us to deport them. Crackdown on a few employers of illegals like that, and I bet you will see mass lay-offs of illegals around the country being replaced by our own people.

  • 5.) Establish a hot-line to report any university or other school harboring illegal aliens, either as students or as employees.

Dream Act HELL! Prosecute those schools, fining them $10,000 EACH illegal plus deport costs.

Mostly it's Democrats doing that, but some GOP are guilty of such crimes too.

  • @tncdel It seems to me that all those people you view as traitors are those that don't agree with your point of view. You narrow minded- racist fvck.

  • @UnseenNinja52, it seems to be that YOU are the "narrow-minded racist fuck." So now that you've got the name-calling out of your system, look up the dictionary definition of a TRAITOR as it pertains to one's own country. If you're a Mexican national, then maybe you are acting like a traitor to Mexico right now.

  • @tncdel GO TO HELL ILLEGAL ALIENS, TAKE YOUR DREAM ACT WITH YOU.

  • @Chunkylove84, actually it's NOT theirs. It was the SCHEME Act perpetrated by Reid and other TRAITORS who put the interests of FOREIGN NATIONALS HERE ILLEGALLY ahead of our own.

Now that we've successfully defended our country against those traitors, it's time we took the offensive, by calling for the PROSECUTION of all schools harboring illegal aliens as students. Harboring an illegal alien is a federal felony CRIME, punishable by 5 years prison and $5,000 fine EACH count, [for every illegal].

  • @tncdel TRUE ILLEGAL ALIENS AND THE PEOPLE WHO HARBOR THEM SHOULD BE HUNTED DOWN AND PROSECUTED.

  • @Chunkylove84, call your senators and fed reps telling them to pressure the US Justice Dept. to PROSECUTE all schools harboring illegal aliens, plus anyone in Congress who voted for the Dream Act trying to aid or abet, or encourage or harbor, illegal aliens. If any you call did that, they will get the message loud and clear how we view TRAITORS, and how we will vote them out of office.

  • deport nancy now

  • gorda puta!!!

  • That money should be used to fund nancy's education. God bless you nancy. I hope you get into harvard or brown.

  • @mexi323 that coward should be getting a education in mexico

    deport nancy

  • @mikefnm Why are you calling her a coward? Because she came to this county? Are your parents or ancestors cowards because they came to the U.S.? This girl has lived here most of her life. It would be inhumane to deport her. These are the kind of people that we want in this country, people who will contribute positively to our society.

  • @mexi323 she can dream in mexico

she got ggood grades in race and gender wow

    what about math and science

    mexico is unhumane

her mom should be deported to

this story was by cnn was fix to make her seem smart

    harvard does not want her

  • @mikefnm It doesn't matter what she got good grades in or what she wants to major in. My point is that she will contribute positively to our society. By the way she wants to be a teacher. Her mom is a legal resident. Harvard does want her. 0:49-0:56. If she got admitted to harvard or brown then she is smart. I trust CNN more than FOX NEWS.

  • @mexi323 she got a chicano studies degree

    a worthless degree

    i dont trust cnn

harvard sent letter because of affimative action

    not because she is smart

  • @mikefnm Not having a degree is more worthless than having one. No degree is worthless. You're probably right about the affirmative action part but you still need good grades to get in. Their not just going to take anyone. Fox News are neo-nazis.

  • @mexi323 neo-nazis what?

    why you say that?

  • @mikefnm Because they are right-wing extremists (esp. Bill O' Riley and Glenn Beck). I bet you if the majority of illegals were white they would support amnesty especially Russell Pearce.

  • @mexi323 sure

la raza and mecha are racist

aztlan glenn and bill are not extremists

are you for amnesty and if so why?

  • @mexi323, BS. Enforcing the law is not "rightwing extemism." But your leftwing scheme is ANARCHIST, since it breeds disrespect for law & order. Plus you want unconstitutional favoritism shown to illegals, while everyone else is expected to obey the law.

By the way, my wife's a Hispanic immigrant. And she has NO sympathy for illegals wanting to be given things she had to earn through many years of effort.

  • P.S. Federal law says it's a felony CRIME, punishable by 5 years prison and $5,000 fine, to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, an illegal alien. So, instead of the Dream Act, UCLA and all other schools committing the crime of harboring illegal aliens should be PROSECUTED.

Then our own kids can fill those vacated college slots.

I urge all citizens to ask the Justice Dept. to prosecute UCLA and any other school harboring illegals.

Complain to the governor's office too.

  • @tncdel You're wrong the right to a education is recognized as a human right by the United Nations. Anyways many kids who are in this country legally don't take advantage of the opportunities that they have. I think it's fair that we give money to any student regardless of their immigration status. I knew 6 undocumented students from my high school and they all had a 3.0 or higher.

  • @mexi323, no, I wasn't wrong about what I stated. And the United Nations "right to education" does not extend beyond a BASIC education. Certainly it doesn't say everyone is entitled to "free" college. LOL!

Additionally, since the illegals are mostly Mexican foreign nationals, then it's Mexico, not the U.S., that bears the responsibility to provide basic human rights to its people. Same applies to illegals from other countries likewise bear that responsibility.

  • @tncdel, it's ironic that Mexicans sneak into our country demanding "human rights," because Mexico itself won't give them. I think Mexicans need to demand "human rights" right there in Mexico, and work together to reform the government so it will respect the "human rights" of their own people. The USA is not obligated to play nursemaid for disgruntled Mexicans wanting to vamoose from Mexico without complying with the immigration laws of the United States.

  • @tncdel You're wrong. I do support law enforcement. Law enforcement should only focus on arresting real criminals (murders, rapists, etc) weather their citizens or non-citizens. People like Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County are wasting tax payer money and resources arresting illegals who only come here to work while real criminals are free to roam the streets. What you want is the United States to become a POLICE STATE!!!!

  • @mexi323, no, what you support is SELECTIVE law enforcement. Meaning only when it doesn't apply to you. That's the mentality illegals have who think they should get "a free pass," so they can disregard the law, while expecting those here legally to obey the law.

By the way, my wife;'s a Hispanic immigrant. And she has NO sympathy for illegals wanting to be given what she earned by many years of effort on her part. Can you blame her?

A "police state?" You've got to be kidding. We need MORE cops

  • @tncdel I'm a natural born citizen first of all. I believe everyone should obey the law weather they are legal or illegal. Only 6% of the U.S. prison population are non-citizens (not even illegals). This country turned a blind eye on the illegal immigrants. Much of the economic growth of this nation is because of them. Deporting them would cost the gov't billions not to mention all the human rights abuses. I'm sorry for your wife but for most not to come here is to surely die of hunger.

  • @mexi323, that's pro-illegals BS you're parroting. For one thing, the "growth" was counter-balanced far more detrimentally by what they stole from us. The jobs our own people could have had were stolen by those who sent most of what they earned OUT OF THE COUNTRY to Mexico, etc. Our own people would have spent their paychecks on things right here in the good ol' US of A.

  • @tncdel The Americans didn't even want their jobs because their lazy. Do you actually think americans want to spent their day picking fruits and vegetables or constructing houses in the hot sun. The government even knows that the farmers who pick the vegetables are illegal but they don't do anything because they can't find replacements. The cost of their cheap labor is the reason is the reason why products are more affordable. Without them everything would be to damn expensive.

  • @mexi323, you keep spouting pro-illegals BS. Only 2 percent of the illegals are fruit-pickers or other migratory workers. The remaining 98 percent do other type jobs. Many of which are skilled blue-collar type jobs paying more than most college-grad teachers get. I'll post my six-part plan next.

  • @tncdel Why can't you just admit the truth?

  • @mexi323, if they would "die of hunger," then it's the responsibility of those in Mexico who have enough money to help poor people. You have billionaires in Mexico. And the people in Mexico need to reform their government to adopt a "social responsibility" platform politically.

  • @mexi323, you also parrot pro-illegals BS about "the cost of deporting them." When in fact it could be accomplished at virtually NO cost to U.S. taxpayers. My plan is a six-part program. Since youtube only allows 500 characters per post, I will need to post it incrementally successively, following this post. After I have outlined the plan, you will see that my country could indeed get rid of the illegals at virtually NO cost to taxpayers.

  • @tncdel I'd like to see your plan. Make sure your plan doesn't violate any human rights any doesn't force force them to pay for their flight back home. Legally they don't have to pay since your kicking them out. Also keep in mind that many of them have children who are U.S. citizens. If you deport the children's parents those children will most likely chose to stay in the U.S. in foster care at taxpayer's expense.

  • @mexi323, what are you smoking? You said make sure they aren't forced to pay for their flight back home. ??? The judge will fine them $10,000 PLUS DEPORT COSTS. Further, as far as Mexicans are concerned, no flights are needed. Just load them up in a barred-window school bus and turn them over to Mexican custody at the border. No big deal.

I vividly recall a bus ride I took several years ago from Houston to Monterrey, Mexico. I was the only "gringo" on the bus with about 60 passengers.

  • @1derfuldebora, I see we both like tncdel's plan. :)~

  • @1derfuldebora I said that legally they don't have to pay for their flight back home. Congress has nearly full authority to regulate immigration without interference from the courts. How about the other illegals who are not mexican? What does your trip to Monterrey have to do with any of this?

  • @mexi323, over 70 percent of the illegals are from Mexico, like yourself. So all we need to do is load them up in barred-windowed school buses, and deliver them to the Federales on the other side of the border. Packed 60 to a bus.

  • @phuningames That's true but how do you locate an illegal immigrant. The cost of locating, detaining, and deporting all illegales is estimated to be 94 billion dollars. Look it up. By the way I'm american, not mexican.

  • @tncdel The reason why illegals don't come here legally is because they don't have the money to do so. You need to have money in the bank to come here legally which many people don't. My mom was seven months pregnant for me when she crossed the border. She came here so she could give me a better life and I thank her for that (by the way she's a US citizen now). She also favors amnesty. Now why did you wife come to this county?

  • @mexi323, no excuses. If they don't have the money, shame on them. Stay in their own country. If someone steals my car because they didn't have the money to buy one, again, shame on them for breaking the law.

Drug dealers sell drugs to get money so they "can have a better life." So what. Your parents are CRIMINALS who broke the law, and you must blame them, not us, for your predicament. If your dad stole my car, then gave it to you, does that mean you're entitled to keep it? NO WAY! Same idea.

  • @tncdel What predicament? You didn't read my last comment correctly!! I said that my mom was seven months pregnant for me when she came here, not that I was seven months old. I was born in Los Angeles County General Hospital. I don't even know my dad. Why should they stay in the country, so their families can starve to death? I agree, shame on anyone who steals. Immigrants don't come here to commit crimes, they come here to work and pay taxes.

  • @mexi323, you're what's called an "anchor baby." So what? And that will be corrected when a law is passed clarifying that an illegal who sneaks into our country and "drops a baby" must take the baby back to her own country when deported.

  • @tncdel I'm not. My mom become a legal resident through my grandmother, not me. I had nothing to do with my mom becoming legal resident in 1995. I was only five years old by the way. She became a citizen in 2004. I F***ING HATE THAT TERM!!!!!! They'll never pass a law like that because it violates the 14th amendment.

  • I support the Dream Act!!!

  • Lupe Moreno lay off the damn tacos. lol

  • Dream Act is a good Idea

  • i have already graduated from high school and now i dont know what to do i've been here since i was 10 and have nothing outside of the u.s. my family, my life and everything of value to me is here all i want is to follow my dreams hopefully the dream act will be passed please support it! you can contact congressional representatives and ask them to co-sponsor and support the DREAM Act. make a phone call or write a letter.

    God Speed!

  • I used to want to help illegal aliens. But they keep accusing white people of racism... and I'm white. I no longer want to help them. They have overused the race card.

  • Yer white??? Well then yer a goddam racist!! All whites are racist!!

  • UCs are packed as it is and these morons want to allow more who are illegals? This is retarded

  • Undocumented students are allowed to go to UC's as the law stands now, so I doubt that would change enrollment rates.

  • yeah but they pay higher tuition now

  • No, in California they pay in state tuition.

  • In state tuition? No they don't they pay as international students. If they did why are they lobbying for the Dream Act?

And in my college they do pay higher tuition which is in CA

  • AB540 is a law in California that allows students who have lived in California, regardless of their citizenship status, for more than 6 years in state tuition look it up. The point of the Dream Act is the give children who came here before the age of 16, and go after a higher education or serve in the military a path way, but not a guaranteed path way, to American Citizenship.

  • Lupe Moreno is a SELL OUT! Mexicans selling out Mexicans is bullshit!

  • An obvious racist agenda.

  • It's not our fault or responsibility to accommodate kids of illegal aliens who entered our country illegally.

If someone steals your car, then passes it on to his 20 year old son, does that son have the right to keep your car? Hell no! For that itself is a crime: "receiving stolen goods."

So why should we allow illegal aliens to STEAL college slots from our kids just because they may have been brought here illegally by their parents?

    NO WAY!!!

  • The thing is, not all of us were brought over here illegally. My father came to Texas legally and got residency from a mechanical job offer. I moved from Thailand to live with him when I was 7. He left me with my American Citizen relatives when I was 10 (that was the last time I saw him). I grew up to only find out about my immigration status in High school when I tried to get my driver's license, my family explain my father left me without finishing my papers.

  • @austinViolaboy

"my father left me without finishing my papers"

    Yer screwed... HAHA!

  • These are people you are talking about. People as in Human beings, who are complex individually and place significance in everything they do, like all humans. No one ever said it was "your" fault, it's a question of morality, civil rights. The argument of labeling all these kids who grew up in the US as illegal aliens and only seeing them as just that, then I don't know how else to convince you other wise without putting yourself in their/our shoes and experience moments as a kid to the present.

  • Yer screwed... HAHA!

  • I don't blame anyone who was brought here as a young child by parents who entered our country illegally. I blame the parents. They should be fined $10,000 each. And, if they can't pay, force-work them on chain gangs, road crews, etc. to pay off the fine before deporting.

Judges have sentenced our own citizens guilty of crimes to hard labor. So why not the illegals too?

Don't punish the students if brought here as young kids. Just deport them without fining them. That's fair.

  • Already-existing federal law says it's a felony CRIME to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens.

So instead of the Dream Act, the UCLA and all other schools HARBORING illegal aliens as students, or employees, should be PROSECUTED, fined $5,000 EACH illegal, and made to pay all deportation costs.

Then our own kids can have those slots.

I've FLAGGED this video and others aiding or abetting illegal aliens, as spam, etc. Also reported it to I.C.E.

  • @phuningames

The reason why your "own kids" don't have those slots is that they were not good enough to compete against these undocumented students. They were simply better, and you, in your naiveté, think that your students are entitled to the spots at a ultra-competitive University? Get real, you donkey.

  • Another pro-illegals magnet attracting anarchists like zebras to a watering hole.

The Great American Dream is to GET RID OF THE ILLEGALS. Not encourage them. What's wrong with the University of Mexico, etc. in their own country? Surely they give degrees not in fruit-picking and toilet cleaning. So what's the big deal about going to school there,

instead of STEALING college slots from our own kids? Go back to your own country, then try to make it better, so you don't need to sneak into ours.

  • Congratulations on getting accepted to all those great schools. Keep your head up, youve made it this far, dont quit now.

  • Lupe Moreno, you are the UGLIEST person on earth, not because you're fat and bloated, but because you have no compassion for students who only wish to better themselves and this country. I don't know how you can sleep at night or even look in the mirror. If you are a religious woman, you should be ashamed of yourself. IMAGINE! A minority, Lupe Merono, attacking minorities! DISGUSTING!

  • Fuck you Lupe Moreno!!

These students are our nations future and they will ultimately benefit this country. Fucking fat ass. Don't be jealous because these kids have more potential in life than you.

  • If you support the DREAM ACT, then don't forget to 1. sign the petition and

    2. send the letter.

  • Lupe Moreno is a heartless bitch. One would think that she would at least understand since she is Hispanic.

I 100% support the DREAM ACT!!!

  • Moreno isn't Hispanic. She is a coconut.

  • Look at the future of our Great Nation.

Being rejected from these great Colleges. And then there's Lupe Moreno..moron..

  • They should have mentioned the military prone DREAMers. Some of us would like to enlist instead.

  • Seems like youtube shut off the counter for this video. Censorship????????

  • Who besides you tube would thumbs down this true comment? There might be one idiot that doesn't believe what I've stated, but not THREE!! You guys are funny!

  • Funny how the right-wing fundamentalists like Lupe are always the haters. It makes sense that they are easily brain-washed by idiots like Rush, but you would think their religion would teach them to love fellow humans. Good luck to you Nancy. Someday the world will be free of all morons, I hope!

  • I wish Nancy and every other DREAMer the best of luck. This bill will pass soon. It clearly is not moral to label these young people as "invaders" when they were brought here (e.g. they did not make the conscious decision to come here) and grew up here. And to propose banning them for at least ten years (as is the law now) is positively diabolical. A few extremists believe that that would be the just thing to do. Hopefully this story changes their minds.

  • We need the DREAM Act passed this year... These kids deserve a shot! I've met a couple here in Miami and they're exemplary students! They can tremendously contribute to the well being of this nation. I wish Nancy and all other DREAMers in the U.S. the best of luck!!

  • is andrea ever NOT smiling? she's such a sweetheart.

    :)

  • good luck nancy
