Yes of course I agree. Relapse wasn't the hottest, but I've been in his position. Drug addiction wise. A lot of people don't know he was only about 50% ready to release an album. He was and still is getting sober, and as that happens, he'll get better. I respect his craft on that album. The content was eh though. Em's still a beast though. I gotta disagree. His first three albums were pretty much perfect. Encore was just like "wtf?" It was too childish and he sounded bored. Relapse had pretty good craftsmanship rhyme scheme wise but the content was sorta eh. It's funny how people call Em commercial. I mean he is mainstream, but tell me one artist that's like him in the mainstream? As for the production, Dre's production can get a little repetitive. Em's production is more rock influenced then anything.

I guess it all comes down to personal preference. I can still listen to his older stuff because it's well crafted. The rhyme scheme and concepts were amazing. The witty sarcastic remarks were great. He was very diverse and always had something to say. I pretty much listen to anyone that's dope. Em can make some pretty good stuff. Some of is fucked up but the way he does things is so different. Anyway, listen to No Apologies. It's captivating. That song itself pretty much shits on everyone else.

Yes of course I agree. Relapse wasn't the hottest, but I've been in his position. Drug addiction wise. A lot of people don't know he was only about 50% ready to release an album. He was and still is getting sober, and as that happens, he'll get better. I respect his craft on that album. The content was eh though. Em's still a beast though.
