@MetallicAFanatiC10 ESP MX 220, 250 or EXP (like mine, you can see it in another video) are really difficult to find but if you do, buy it at once ! There's no comparison with Gibson. Ken Lawrence's guitars are hand-made guitars on demand: he's a really good luthier, like James Trussart (guitars in the video). They are really expensive but a hand-made is unique and better than any other guitar. A small time ago, I emailed him asking for an estimate and his guitars are all over 6000$.

@MetallicAFanatiC10 In shops no more: in '90s Gibson put on a lawsuit because ESP copied the Explorer shape, so ESP had to get back all the Explorer-shape guitars they sold to shops and stop the distribution. You can find them from private that bought it before this issue: take a look on eBay or other musical sell/buy sites. Search "ESP Explorer", "ESP Custom", "ESP Mx", "ESP Metallica": see what you find.

@deadbullyzm See, I would have gone for Gibson, but that's just because I really don't like the altered ESP explorer shape. I do in fact own two Gibson Explorers, and one in particular - which has a floyd rose trem, active pickups, and a satin black finish, is just gorgeous - and that's a factory standard gibson. I've considered putting EMGs in it, and that would just sound biblical I think...

@deadbullyzm Absolutely ESP. The sound is amazing and the volume is higher then passive Gibson pickups. If you find one like mine, buy it immediately, don't hesitate ! The new shape ones are excellent (like all ESP guitars) but the older one are another planet !
