@amirjon He's most likely adjusting the settings for the incoming track :P. Not trying to sound like a wise-ass or anything, it's just that I was also puzzled by this for a while ;)!

@AzurCloud djs are notorious for this, u can see its the nobs from the channel with the fader up, but even more importantly, how can u adjust the sound for the next without listening to it/having headphones on, u know?! anyways all djs do it, including me...gotta look busy :)
